Help Restore Eye Care & Eye Gym Avoid Spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In an effort to avoid the spread of Coronavirus, we require everyone entering our suite use the provided hand sanitizer.

Additionally, our staff will sanitize each room between patients and will wash their hands before providing care to each patient. Common areas will be sanitized throughout the day.

When possible, maintain 6 feet distance from other patients.

Please do not bring unnecessary guests to your appointment.

If you have a fever or cough, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. If that is not possible, you will be required to wear a mask in our office space.

If you have recently traveled to an area of widespread transmission, please self-quarantine for 14 days.

If you or someone you have been in contact with is confirmed COVID-19 positive, please DO NOT enter our office. Please contact your primary care doctor for further instructions.
